About Us
RAWR Support Services
RAWR Support Services is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Originally established as David Wallis Consultancy in 2014, the organisation was rebranded in 2021 to become RAWR Support Services, with a mission to connect and meet the needs of NDIS and aging participants across the Toowoomba and Warwick regions.
Founded by David Wallis, who brought over 25 years of industry and life experience, RAWR was built on a passion for giving back to the community. The organisation supported its first participant in 2021 — who remains with RAWR today — and has since grown to support approximately 175 participants while employing around 85 staff.
With David’s retirement announced for November 2025, RAWR is entering a new chapter of ownership, strategic leadership, and direction. The management team, comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, ensures RAWR’s services remain best practice, innovative, and tailored to individual needs.
