RAWR Support Services operates as an Associated Provider under COHS within the Support at Home program framework. RAWR Support Services is responsible for the delivery of direct care supports and services to older persons in accordance with participant care plans, assessed needs, individual preferences, dignity of risk principles, and the Statement of Rights under the Aged Care Act 2024.

COHS retains overall governance, regulatory oversight, care management, service coordination, clinical oversight (where applicable), invoicing, claiming, quality assurance, and compliance responsibilities in line with the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Rules 2025, and the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

This partnership arrangement ensures that older persons receive safe, person-centred, culturally safe, trauma-aware, and quality care and services that support independence, choice, wellbeing, reablement, and ageing in place. Both organisations are committed to maintaining systems of risk management, incident management, workforce competency, continuous improvement, and consumer engagement to ensure compliance with all applicable aged care legislative and regulatory obligations.
